CASA SE- ALL DEALS ARE CLOSED USING A REPUTABLE TITLE COMPANY, THE COUNTY CLERKS OFFICE AND OR AN ATTORNEY. THE LENGTH OF TIME VARIES ON HOW QUICKLY THE TITLE COMPANY CAN RUN AND RECEIVE TITLE BACK. IT COULD BE 30 DAYS. IN SOME CASES WE'VE SEEN IT DONE IN LITTLE AS 15 DAYS.
+ WHAT DO YOU PLAN ON DOING WITH THE PROPERTY?
CASA SE- WE PURCHASE PROPERTIES TO EITHER BUY AND BUILD, HOLD, SELL. WE WOULDN'T KNOW WHICH ONE FITS BEST FOR US UNTIL WE DO OUR DUE DILIGENCE ON YOUR PROPERTY.

CASA SE- OUR COMPANY IS BASED OUT OF FLORIDA. SO UNFORTUNATELY IF YOUR IN ANOTHER STATE WE WOUDL BE UNABLE, HOWEVER WE HAVE SEVERAL OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS.
+ HOW DO I BUY IT AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DEED?
CASA SE- IT CAN BE PURCHASED WITH A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD AT WWW.CASASE.CO. CLICK ON THE PROPERTY YOUR BUYING AND SIMPLY ADD IT TO THE CART. YOU WILL BE LED THROUGH THE TRANSACTION. ENTER YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION AND FOLLOW THE PROMPTS AS DIRECTED.
ONCE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED WE WILL NEED YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME(S) *OR BUSINESS NAME AND ADDRESS TO PREPARE YOUR DEED. WE WILL SEND YOU A COPY OF THE PREPARED DEED VIA EMAIL OR TEXT FOR YOUR APPROVAL OF CORRECT SPELLING AND ADDRESS. ONCE YOU CONFIRM THE INFORMATION ENTERED IS CORRECTLY, WE WILL MAIL THE DEED TO THE COUNTY THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. THE COUNTY WILL THEN MAIL YOU AN UPDATED DEED REFLECTING YOU AS THE NEW OWNER. THIS PROCESS TYPICALLY TAKES 3-4 WEEKS TO RECEIVE YOUR DEED.
*IF THE PROPERTY IS CLOSED USING A TITLE COMPANY, THEN THEY WILL INSTRUCT YOU ON WHAT IS NEEDED TO CLOSE THE DEAL.
IF THE PROPERTY YOU ARE BUYING IS BEING HANDLED BY A TITLE COMPANY OR CLOSING ATTORNEY THEY WILL HANDLE THE NECESSARY STEPS TO CLOSE.

+ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD THE HOUSE?
CASA SE- THERE ARE MANY VARIABLES THAT DETERMINE THE DURATION OF THE BUILD. THINGS LIKE HOME SPECS, COUNTY PROCESSING, CONTRACTOR AVAILABILITY, MATERIAL AVAILABILITY, ETC, ALL MUST BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. THE AVERAGE HOME TAKES BETWEEN 6 - 10 MONTHS.
+ CAN YOU BUILD COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES?

+ DO WE DESIGN THE HOME?
CASA SE- NO, WE DO NOT DESIGN THE HOME. IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE THE HOME DESIGNED THEN WE CAN UTILIZE OUR NETWORK TO GET YOUR HOME DESIGNED WITH YOU IN MIND.

CASA SE- TERRIFIC, WITH OUR PAY AS YOU GO APPROACH TO BUILDING. WHENEVER YOU ARE READY TO TAKE IT OVER, SIMPLY SPEAK WITH YOUR PROJECT MANAGER AND LETS US KNOW YOU'VE GOT IT FROM HERE. NO CANCELLATION FEES EVER.
+ ARE THERE LIMITATIONS TO THE BUILDING OPTIONS?
CASA SE- WE ARE ALL FOR LETTING YOUR IMAGINATIONS RUN WILD! OUR ONLY LIMITS ARE COUNTY CODES AND YOUR IMAGINATION.
+ HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
CASA SE- THE BUILD IS BROKEN DOWN INTO PHASES, YOU WILL BE EMAILED WITH A DETAILED PLAN OF ACTION WITH PROJECTED TIMELINES FOR EACH PROCESS THROUGHOUT EACH PHASE. YOU ARE INVOICED 50% OF THE COST OF EACH PHASE AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH PHASE, WHEN THAT CURRENT PHASE SCOPE OF WORK IS COMPLETED YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE. RINSE AND REPEAT UNTIL YOUR HOME IS COMPLETE!
